One of our first “keeper” beers that we brewed which has a special place in our hearts. It has a subtle bitterness with a pleasant citrus and pine needle taste. Brewed as a Pale Ale single hop beer, with heavy dry hopping, the end result is a popular pale ale that leaves a hint of bubblegum in your mouth to remind you of your youth.
